Benchtop Automation.

The AT-MD is a fully automated dissolution system that fits on your standard laboratory bench. It easily handles basket and paddle methods as well as sinkers including large Japanese sinkers. Once a sequence is started, the AT-MD runs up to 8 unattended batches - from media preparation to self-cleaning of the system.

AT-MD는 완전 자동 용출 시스템으로, 일반적인 실험실용 작업대에 올려 놓을 수 있는 크기입니다. Basket법과 Paddle법, 일본 약전의 크기가 큰 sinker를 포함한 sinker를 사용하는 용출법을 용이하게 처리합니다. 용출 시험 단계가 시작되면, AT-MD는 최대 8개 배치의 용출 시험을 무인으로 수행합니다.

Heat. Degas. Dispense.

Up to 5 different media - including concentrates and media with surfactants - can be automatically heated, degassed, and dispensed into the vessels. Additionally, the AT-MD can perform pH changes during tests and easily change media types between test runs. A gravimetric delivery system assures accurate and reproducible media dispensing. Various fill volumes in different vessels - from 250 mL to 1'000 mL - are possible, which makes the AT-MD an ideal system for DOE studies.

농축물 및 계면활성제가 들어 있는 배지를 포함하여 최대 5종의 서로 다른 배지를 자동으로 가열하고, 가스를 제거하며 vessel에 분주할 수 있습니다. 또한 AT-MD는 시험 중 pH에 변화를 줄 수 있으며, 각각의 시험 진행 사이에 배지 종류를 쉽게 변경할 수 있습니다. 중량 측정에 의한 배지 운송 시스템은 정확하고 재현 가능한 배지 분주가 가능하도록 해줍니다. 서로 다른 vessel에 250mL부터 1000mL까지 다양한 양의 배지를 분주할 수 있어 DOE 연구에 사용하기 이상적입니다.

Reproducible Sampling.

The AT-MD uses automated AutoLift™ cannulas to simultaneously withdraw samples. Individual vessel temperatures are recorded when sampling. For accurate and reproducible sample withdrawal on all 6 channels, the AT-MD features powerful piston pumps for filtered sample transfer. An integrated filter station automates the change of syringe filters at each run, each sampling point, or at media change.

AT-MD는 자동화된 AutoLift™ 캐뉼러를 사용하여 시료들을 동시에 채취합니다. 시료를 샘플링할 때 각각의 vessel의 온도가 기록됩니다. 여섯 개의 모든 채널에서 정확하고 재현성있도록 시료를 채취하기 위해, AT-MD는 여과된 시료 이동을 위한 강력한 피스톤 펌프를 가지고 있습니다. 일체화되어있는 여과 필터 스테이션은 각각의 run마다, 각각의 시료 채취 시점마다, 또는 각각의 배지 교체시마다 시린지 필터를 자동으로 교체합니다.

Robust Cleaning.

Cleaning is essential for fully automated systems as it prevents carry-over and cross-contamination between dissolution runs. The AT-MD automatically performs highly effective and robust cleaning routines that can be validated. Product-specific procedures can be incorporated into dissolution methods, assuring that appropriate line cleaning is reproducibly performed every time to automatically flush and empty all fluid paths.
